Job summary

LIFELINE CLEANING PTE. LTD. is seeking a project executive to support on-site operations across multiple job sites in Singapore. You will assist in work planning, incident management, and inventory control of cleaning equipment and materials.

You will coordinate cleaning duties, handle customer requests, train ground staff, manage a team of floaters and cleaners, and report daily operations to the operations manager. Morning shift, 6 days a week.

Qualifications

• On-site project coordination and operations support.
• Ability to plan work, manage incidents, and oversee equipment inventory.
• Coordinate cleaning duties with teams.
• Handle customer requests and complaints.
• Assist in periodic work planning and manpower activation.
• Attend to ad hoc cleaning duties and training for ground staff.
• Report daily operations to the operations manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing work plans and manpower activation.
• Coordinate and communicate cleaning duties to cleaning teams.
• Handle and respond to customer requests and complaints.
• Manage inventory of cleaning equipment and materials across sites.
• Oversee a team of floaters and cleaners and ensure coverage.
