Job summary

MK CONSULTANT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive (Cleaning Operations) to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple cleaning sites in Singapore.

You will manage service quality, manpower deployment, client satisfaction and compliance with standards, while coordinating travel between work sites. The role requires bilingual English/Mandarin communication, strong leadership, and the ability to respond to urgent operational issues outside office hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred in Business, Operations, Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in cleaning operations, facilities or service operations with supervisory experience.
• Experience managing a workforce of about 70 employees preferred.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence and willingness to travel between sites.
• English and Mandarin Chinese communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple cleaning sites and ensure service quality.
• Supervise a team of approximately 70 cleaning personnel and leaders.
• Plan manpower, schedules, leave and replacements; inspect sites for standards.
• Liaise with clients to address feedback and operational matters promptly.
• Recruit, onboard and train operational staff; monitor attendance and performance.
• Ensure compliance with WSH, SOPs, NEA requirements and client regs.
• Coordinate delivery of equipment, chemicals and consumables; prepare reports.
• Attend client/management meetings to review performance and improvements.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours operational issues as needed.
