Job Title: Operations Executive (Cleaning Operations)
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple cleaning sites, ensuring service quality, manpower deployment, client satisfaction, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
The role requires frequent travel between work sites, effective communication with Chinese-speaking employees and clients, and the ability to respond promptly to operational issues outside of regular office hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of assigned cleaning projects and service sites.
- Supervise, lead and motivate a team of approximately 70 cleaning personnel, supervisors and team leaders.
- Plan and coordinate manpower deployment, work schedules, leave arrangements and replacement staff.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards, safety requirements and client expectations are consistently met.
- Liaise with clients to address feedback, complaints and operational matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit, onboard and provide training and guidance to operational staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity and performance, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), SOPs, NEA requirements and client-specific regulations.
- Coordinate the delivery and inventory of cleaning equipment, chemicals and consumables.
- Prepare operational reports, incident reports and documentation as required.
- Attend meetings with clients and management to review operational performance and service improvements.
- Respond to emergencies, manpower shortages and urgent operational issues outside normal office hours when required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Operations, Facilities Management or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning operations, facilities management or service operations, with supervisory experience.
- Experience managing a workforce of approximately 70 employees is preferred.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence and be willing to travel frequently between work sites.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking employees and clients.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities with the capability to work under pressure.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Knowledge of NEA cleaning standards, WSH requirements and cleaning industry practices is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 6-day work week with flexible working hours based on operational requirements.
- Attend to urgent operational matters after office hours, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.
Working Conditions

- Frequent travel to multiple client sites across Singapore.
- May be required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends or public holidays to support operations.
