Job summary

HomeTeamNS is seeking a hands-on Operations Executive/Senior Executive to oversee our children’s indoor playgrounds at Bukit Batok and Khatib. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead playground leaders, drive sales performance, and ensure a safe, engaging experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, incident drills, SOP compliance, inventory and procurement, programme delivery, and collaboration with sales and events teams to grow visitor numbers and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, Sports Management, Recreation, Event Management or related disciplines preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable and professional manner.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage children, parents, customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of T-Play indoor playgrounds in a safe, efficient and customer-focused manner.
• Lead a team of Playground Officers & Leaders; manage hiring, training, scheduling and performance.
• Conduct staff training on operational procedures, safety protocols and incident drills; ensure SOP compliance.
• Manage administrative functions including SOP updates, inquiries and procurement; maintain inventory and records.
• Coordinate programmes, events and promotions; support budget tracking and financial reporting.
