Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant operational management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform physical activities and stand/move around the park for extended periods.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public or school holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to interpret operational and sales reports to support business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the park ensuring service quality and adherence to standards.
• Drive outlet performance by monitoring sales and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe environment by following safety standards and addressing incidents.
• Oversee maintenance of facilities and equipment for safe, efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the park.
• Build, lead and coach the outlet team with performance management.
• Oversee manpower planning, rostering and daily operations for coverage.
• Monitor inventory levels for retail and F&B and investigate discrepancies.
• Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and partners.
• Handle customer feedback and service recovery to ensure guest satisfaction.

ABOUT US

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the park, ensuring operational excellence, service quality and compliance with company standards.
• Drive outlet performance by monitoring sales, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure a safe environment for guests and team members by maintaining safety standards and following up on incidents and corrective actions where required.
• Oversee the maintenance of park facilities and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the park is clean, safe and well maintained.
• Build, lead and develop the outlet team through effective coaching, training and performance management.
• Oversee manpower planning, roster management and daily operations to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Monitor inventory levels for retail and F&B operations, and investigate stock discrepancies where required.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and business partners.
• Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent, with 3–5 years of relevant operational management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
