Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant operational management experience.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to perform physical activities and stand/move around the park for extended periods.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public or school holidays.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Able to interpret operational and sales reports to support business performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the park ensuring service quality and adherence to standards.
Drive outlet performance by monitoring sales and implementing improvement initiatives.
Maintain a safe environment by following safety standards and addressing incidents.
Oversee maintenance of facilities and equipment for safe, efficient operations.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the park.
Build, lead and coach the outlet team with performance management.
Oversee manpower planning, rostering and daily operations for coverage.
Monitor inventory levels for retail and F&B and investigate discrepancies.
Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and partners.
Handle customer feedback and service recovery to ensure guest satisfaction.
