Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager in executing daily playground operations to maintain smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and coordinate staff duties to optimize team performance and support ongoing training initiatives.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, manage bookings, and address feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support the planning and execution of birthday parties and group events to deliver memorable experiences.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, maintain cleanliness, and perform equipment checks to ensure a secure environment.
• Manage cashier operations, prepare daily reports, and control stock levels to support business accuracy and inventory management.
