Job summary

PUREGOLD.SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to oversee daily office operations and enforce standard policies. The role covers admin tasks, inventory management, and coordinating with 3PL suppliers to ensure timely replenishment and accurate stock levels.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or equivalent with 8–10 years of experience, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent with 8–10 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven experience as an Operations Executive.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, with ability to manage expectations and emotions.
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong organizational skills.
• Independent, reliable, flexible, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with the Operations Manager.
• Enforce company policies and procedures in the office.
• Perform routine administrative duties and manage data/records.
• Assist visitors and respond to inquiries.
• Order, ship, receive supplies; manage inventory.
• Create replenishment orders and track goods to issue.
• Inspect items and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Monitor stock levels and report statuses; assist with stock takes.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
