Job summary

PUREGOLD.SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to work closely with the Operations Manager in Singapore.

You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports to drive operational effectiveness, ensure policy compliance, and support financial transactions. Key duties include coordinating with store, marketing and transport teams, maintaining accurate reports, and handling quotations and invoices.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Senior Accounts Executive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Discretion when handling confidential information.
• Reliable, proactive and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations Manager to prepare sales and stock reports.
• Process quotations, invoices and client documents accurately.
• Coordinate with Store, Marketing and Transporters for deliveries.
• Maintain administrative and financial reports with data integrity.
• Prepare reports enabling other teams to decide effectively.
• Monitor distributors’ and regional offices’ reports for accuracy.
• Track distributors’ orders post-delivery and follow up on missing orders.
• Perform data entry and quarterly stock-takes with reconciliations.
• Execute accounts-related duties to support financial operations.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.
