Job summary

The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain and at least 3 years of supervisory warehouse experience, with strong familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Familiar with WMS/ERP systems and stock reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure daily tasks are completed smoothly and according to SOPs.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory accuracy.
• Update and maintain inventory records using WMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Retail, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor warehouse performance and support improvements in daily operations.
• Assist with manpower planning, staff training, and warehouse process improvements.
