Job summary

BNL Services Pte Ltd is seeking a competent Operations Supervisor for cleaning services across multiple sites in Singapore. The role requires coordinating daily operations, planning manpower, and supervising a dedicated team to uphold service standards.

Applicants should possess a Diploma or equivalent, strong leadership and communication skills, and be able to travel between sites. Flexibility to work weekends/public holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience in environmental services, cleaning, facilities management or operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise a team of workers.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to travel between sites/work sites when required.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
