Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd invites applications for a Travel Operations Coordinator position in Singapore, located in Tanjong Pagar. You will coordinate flight, hotel, restaurant, venue, airport transfer, and coach arrangements for corporate clients, ensuring smooth itineraries and timely bookings.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Tourism with at least 1 year of Hospitality experience and proficiency in Sabre or Amadeus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tourism.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Hospitality.
• Experience using Sabre or Amadeus.
• Handled group bookings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flight, hotel, restaurant, venue, airport transfer, and coach arrangements.
• Liaise with overseas partners and suppliers for quotations and bookings.
• Prepare travel itineraries, tour booklets, luggage tags, and pre-departure materials.
• Handle corporate clients' visa and travel insurance inquiries.
• Support sales with quotations, proposals, and other sales support.
• Assist Business Travel and other departments with daily operations.
• Address customer feedback and coordinate resolutions.
• Prepare Event Orders, invoices, and other operational documents.

• Liaise with overseas partners and suppliers to obtain quotations and confirm bookings.

• Prepare travel itineraries, tour booklets, luggage tags, and pre-departure materials.

• Handle corporate clients' enquiries on visas and travel insurance.

• Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and other sales support.

• Support the Business Travel team and other departments with daily operations.

• Handle customer feedback and complaints, and coordinate with relevant parties for resolution.

• Prepare Event Orders, invoices, and other operational documents.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Tourism.

• Minimum 1 year experience in Hospitality.

• Experience using Sabre or Amadeus.

• Handled group bookings
