XIAMEN AIRLINES SINGAPORE OFFICE is seeking a bilingual Customer Service and Reservations Associate to support reservation and ticket sales, assist travel agents, and handle passenger inquiries in a dynamic aviation environment based in Downtown Core, Singapore.

The role requires A-level or Diploma, fluency in English and Chinese, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Training will be provided; immediate start is possible to support busy operations.

• Good written and spoken communication skills with Microsoft Office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A-level or Diploma Qualification


• Fluent in English and Chinese
  Mandatory Note: Proficiency in Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) is a prerequisite. Applicants must be able to communicate fluently in Chinese with ourChina headquarters and various departments, and be able to read and understand all internal company documents, official notices, and operating manuals, as these documents are all issuedexclusively in Chinese.


• Good written and spoken communication skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications


• Service-oriented and passionate to work in the aviation industry


• Requires initiative, enthusiasm, creativity and sense of responsibility for work


• Preferably with experience in the Travel or Airline industry but training will be provided


• Able to start work immediately or within short notice


• PR or Singaporean only


• We are airline based in Xiamen, China – Fluent in Chinese language is a must as need to perform documentation and conversation with passengers and supplier.
