Job summary

KMAC International in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee cleaning services across multiple residential sites in Singapore.

The role requires independent working style, strong leadership, and the ability to plan, implement and monitor SOPs to meet clients' requirements while maintaining high service standards.

You will also manage timetables, ensure accurate timesheets, stock replenishment, and foster robust client relationships to drive satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years in operations/ facilities management or cleaning services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and workplace safety is a plus.

• Independent worker and able to handle difficult cleaners
• Ensure all timesheet for all residential sites are filled
• Ensure all site SOP are met accordingly to client's requirement
