Job summary

LS 2 Services Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead cleaning teams at our East Singapore locations, ensuring SOP adherence and high service standards.

You will plan schedules, deploy manpower, review reports for monthly meetings, monitor KPIs, and address client feedback and incidents while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in cleaning operations or related field
• Able to work at East location(s)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, with alternate weekend duties
• Good communication and basic supervisory skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning teams to ensure SOPs and service standards
• Monitor daily operations and conduct site inspections with clients (e.g. CAG) and follow up on cleaning gaps
• Plan work schedules and deploy manpower efficiently
• Review cleaning job reports and prepare information for monthly meetings
• Compile basic operational data and propose improvements to work processes
• Conduct daily roll calls and team briefings
• Manage staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Handle feedback, investigations, and incident report submissions
• Ensure operational KPIs are met
• Perform other reasonable ad-hoc operational duties as assigned
