Chang Seng Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage cleaning operations, liaise with clients, and ensure quality service delivery while supervising site staff.

You will plan timetables, monitor safety, equipment maintenance, and prepare reports for management. Weekend and public holiday shifts may be required; driving license is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in cleaning industry preferred.
• Valid Class 3 driving license; driving experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform shift duties.
• Must be able to work on weekends/PH.
• Knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate with suppliers & vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare operational reports including all accidents or incidents for management review.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
• Raise requests for purchases when necessary.
• Assist with other operational matters as directed by Management.
