Job summary

Gaia Science Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail‑oriented logistics professional to manage order processing, fulfillment, and inventory control. You will create delivery orders and invoices and coordinate distribution and shipment activities using SAP.

You will liaise with overseas suppliers, receive goods, perform goods receiving, and ensure accurate inventory records. The role requires teamwork, independence, and strong English communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in any field.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience using SAP is an advantage. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing and fulfillment transactions.
• Create delivery orders, invoices and coordinate distribution and shipment activities using SAP.
• Issue purchase orders and liaise with overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
• Receive incoming goods, perform goods receiving, unpacking, sorting, labeling, inventory reservation, and proper storage of products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock-taking activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales, 3rd party logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient inventory movement and order fulfillment.
• Participate in the implementation of Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
