Job summary

HHL Services Pte. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and hands-on Logistics Operations Executive to support and manage our daily delivery operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with drivers, delivery teams and management to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, while monitoring delivery performance and resolving operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations or a related environment.
• Experience in parcel delivery, last-mile logistics or fleet operations is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and delivery operations.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with operational data.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours when operational requirements arise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily logistics and delivery operations.
• Plan and allocate delivery routes, drivers and operational manpower.
• Monitor daily delivery progress and ensure routes are completed within the required timelines.
• Track operational KPIs, including delivery performance, service levels and attendance.
• Coordinate with drivers and delivery teams on daily operational requirements.
• Follow up on failed deliveries, operational exceptions and customer-related issues.
• Handle real-time service recovery and coordinate solutions for delivery delays or disruptions.
• Monitor driver attendance, punctuality and manpower requirements.
• Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and performance summaries.
• Maintain accurate records relating to drivers, routes, parcels and operational activities.
• Liaise with clients, partners and relevant stakeholders on operational matters.
• Assist management with manpower planning, operational analysis and process improvements.
• Ensure drivers and operations teams comply with company SOPs and safety requirements.
• Support the implementation of new routes, projects and operational initiatives.
• Perform other duties and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations or a related environment.
• Experience in parcel delivery, last-mile logistics or fleet operations will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and delivery operations.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with operational data.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
