Job summary

Pan-united Concrete Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support operations assistants, drivers and storemen. You will monitor daily orders, plan delivery schedules, and follow up on delivery-related issues while maintaining accurate stock levels.

You will oversee asset tracking of trucks, tanks and spare parts, review maintenance costs and downtime, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate daily flow between customers and the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Handle matters relating to operations assistants, drivers, and storemen
• Monitor daily orders, plan delivery schedules, and follow up on delivery-related issues
• Oversee daily stock inventory levels and accuracy
• Keep track of company assets such as trucks, tanks, and spare parts
• Review maintenance costs and monitor truck downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage incident reporting
• Apply for required safety licences for trucks and tanks with the relevant authorities
• Coordinate and oversee daily operational flow between customers and the warehouse
• Build strong rapport and maintain regular communication with customers
• Ensure warehouse inventory controls are in place, including stock takes and cycle count schedules
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and monitor manpower requirements
