Job summary

RATERS EXPRESS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at Tampines. You will process inbound/outbound transactions, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure timely order processing with accuracy in SAP and our in-house systems.

The role requires a reliable, computer-proficient individual with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Training is provided for those without prior experience.

Qualifications

• 5 working days per week.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound transactions in SAP and warehouse systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and provide updates.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations for smooth order processing.
• Perform picking, packing and QC activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and update system records.
• Support stock takes and cycle counts.
• Liaise with operations to meet customer requirements.
• Resolve operational and system issues as needed.
• Assist supervisors with daily duties.
• Follow supervisor/manager instructions and support daily operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Description:

• Process inbound and outbound transactions in SAP and in-house warehouse management systems.
• Reply to customer enquiries and provide timely updates via email.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth order processing.
• Perform picking, packing, and quality checking (QC) activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and update system records accordingly.
• Support stock take and cycle count activities when required.
• Liaise with operations team to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Assist in resolving operational and system-related issues.
• Follow instructions from the Supervisor/Manager and support daily operational requirements.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
