Job summary

Hao Ren Hao Shi Limited in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive who is hands-on and well organized to ensure the smooth running of our weekly community distribution events.

You will plan, coordinate and supervise the packing and delivery of donated goods, collaborate with staff and volunteers, and take on various operational projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations.
• Experience in team supervision or people management.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to work independently.
• Possess Class 3 driving licence.
• Willing to work on weekends for distribution events.

What You Will Do

• Plan/organise weekly distribution event with SOP

• Work closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure smooth distribution events.

• Supervise and Assist with the pick & pack of goods for distribution / Community Marts

• Scheduling the collection / delivery of donated goods

• Perform other operational duties and projects as required.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations.

• Experience in team supervision or people management.

• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
