Job summary

Bee Cheng Hiang Hup Chong Foodstuff Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Executive to support our Sales & Marketing team. You will coordinate retail activities, assist promotions, and help ensure stock movements run smoothly across outlets.

You'll work with retail supervisors, warehouse and drivers to resolve issues, monitor performance, and deliver excellent customer service. A diploma or degree and a proactive, organized mindset are required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Go-To Person for Retail Operations: support smooth daily operations with retail supervisors and outlet teams; coordinate operational matters and day-to-day requests; troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions.
• Make Promotions Happen — POS & Campaign Execution: assist POS activities, promotions and price updates; coordinate with internal teams and vendors; roll out campaigns and events; ensure clear communication across outlets.
• Keep the Stock Moving — Inventory & Deliveries: monitor stock levels and movements; coordinate replenishment; work with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Turn Sales Numbers into Useful Insights: monitor outlet sales and promotional results; prepare sales and operational reports; identify trends and share observations.
• Keep Customers Happy: handle inquiries and feedback; coordinate with outlets to resolve concerns; support positive customer experience.
• Be the Link That Connects Everyone: collaborate with retail teams, warehouse, drivers, marketing and other departments; provide administrative support for campaigns.

Key responsibilities

Keep the Stock Moving — Inventory & Deliveries

• Monitor stock levels and inventory movements across retail outlets.
• Coordinate stock replenishment to support store operations.
• Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure goods reach outlets on time.

Turn Sales Numbers into Useful Insights

• Monitor outlet sales performance and promotional results.
• Prepare sales and operational reports.
• Identify trends, highlight operational issues and share useful observations with the team.

Keep Customers Happy

• Attend to customer enquiries and feedback through phone and online channels.
• Coordinate with outlet teams to resolve customer concerns.
