Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with 3–5 years of work experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Critical thinker with self-direction and service-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; good time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Driven, independent, and capable of prioritising work.
• Strong coordination, communication, and team collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational, administrative functions and activities of Resource Management unit.
• Ensure efficient manpower distribution and timely handling of resource requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on clinic resources for efficient outpatient service delivery.
• Support review of clinic resource setups for efficient session and room utilisation.
• Assist setup of new clinic resources; ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Establish workflows and ensure staff competence when policies change.
• Perform demand and supply analyses to optimise resources and reduce waste.
• Support reporting and project presentations; audit appointment data for utilisation.
• Review and streamline resources to balance clinic load and improve patient access.
• Oversee QA programs, update policies, and implement new systems or workflows.
• Monitor budgets, ensure adherence to guidelines, and maximise resource usage.
• Oversee recruitment, training, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Participate in project planning, liaise with stakeholders, and evaluate project effectiveness.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
