Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a diligent administrative support candidate to assist the Ocular Imaging Services. The role involves liaising with patients, managing the registration system, data entry of records and handling various duties to ensure smooth operations.

Training will be provided for imaging modalities including Digital Clinical, General Imaging and Optical Coherence Tomography scans.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Biomedical Sciences or equivalent required; entry would be considered.
• Basic eye anatomy knowledge useful but training provided.
• Proficient with computers and willing to learn new software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with patients and inform them of their waiting time.
• Manage department patient registration system.
• Distribute cases, data entry of patient records and other admin duties.
• Perform Digital Clinical, General Imaging and Optical Coherence Tomography Scans
