Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to provide senior-level support in Ancillary operations, assisting the Manager to meet the support operations requirements of SCH and its affiliated Community Hospitals (SKCH and OCH).

The role includes overseeing services from support operations units and supporting the efficient operation and maintenance of hospital facilities, with office hours and potential after-hours duties in emergencies.

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in healthcare industry.
• IT knowledge is a must – e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel etc
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level support to the Manager in meeting the support operations requirements.
• Oversee services provided by the support operations units and ensure efficient operation and maintenance support of the hospital.
