Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Business Executive to support daily operations, course administration, and customer service coordination. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or walk-ins, maintain records, and assist in sales/admin workflows.

The role offers hands-on experience in coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth course delivery and improved customer experience within a work-study program.

Competenze

• Nitec or Higher Nitec in Customer Experience Management, Business Administration, Retail & Online Business, or related fields
• Strong interest in business operations, customer service, administration, or service improvement
• Good communication skills for handling customers, learners, clients, and internal teams
• Organised and detail-oriented when managing records, schedules, documents, and follow-ups
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and basic digital tools
• Able to handle customer enquiries professionally and patiently
• Able to coordinate with different departments and follow through on assigned tasks
