Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Service Coordinator in Singapore to manage customer inquiries, schedule service work, and coordinate with field engineers and subcontractors. The role involves maintaining service records, providing updates to the Service Manager, and identifying opportunities for additional services.

The ideal candidate will have GCE 'N' Level or higher with relevant experience, be proficient in MS Office, and have exposure to NetSuite an advantage.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with NetSuite is an advantage for service operations.

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or fax, ensuring necessary actions are taken and followed up.
• Schedule and prioritize service requests to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with field service engineers, subcontractors, and relevant parties to ensure timely completion of services.
• Maintain and document service records, ensuring all reports and customer feedback are accurately recorded in the system.
• Provide regular updates and reports on customer accounts to the Service Manager or designated personnel.
• Monitor recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance service quality.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and customer needs based on feedback.
• Assist in customer audits and provide necessary documentation when required.
• Prepare service request forms, purchase orders, and shipping forms.
• Manage the scheduling and coordination of projects and service work for personnel.
• Process company equipment warranty claims.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
