• Comfortable supporting both planning and on-site event execution.
• Organised and detail-oriented when handling schedules, documents, vendors, and event logistics.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, participants, and internal teams.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments such as events, roadshows, and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of training-related events and consultancy projects.
• Assist in preparing event timelines, work schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in managing event logistics and venue setup.
• Support on-site event operations, including setup and teardown.
• Assist in preparing post-event reports and feedback summaries.
• Recommend improvements to event workflows and customer experience.
• Support event marketing plans and outreach activities.
