Job summary

KLENCO (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in Singapore. The role focuses on administrative duties, order processing, and customer communications, with opportunities to develop via exposure to AI tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role in similar capacity may be advantageous.
• Sales/Customer service oriented with good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills and able to communicate with multiple levels of employees are necessary to excel in this role.
• Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel etc.
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support to sales department.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable.
• Handling incoming orders with sales representatives by checking for correct prices, discounts, product numbers and inventory before generating of sales order.
• Attend to walk in customer when marketing department is preoccupied.
• To update on commercial team sales revenue based on data provided by the accounts department.
• To follow up with key customer on after sales matter such as dispute on service quote, service matter or loan unit with sales department head.
• Prepare quotations.
• Experience in utilizing AI tools will be an added advantage.
• Any other related administrative duties as assigned.
