Job summary

Swift Integrated Logistics (S) PTE. LTD. on Pandan Road in Singapore is hiring a dispatcher to support daily logistics operations, coordinate orders, and liaise with customers, suppliers and service providers to resolve delivery issues.

You will schedule routes, monitor driver progress, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain vehicle availability, shift planning, and teamwork within the logistics team. This role requires initiative, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a team environment and take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customers' daily operational needs
• Receiving and dispatching orders for products or deliveries
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and services providers to resolve any issues or complaints that may arise in the delivery process
• Ensure that’s everything runs smoothly by coordinating with customers
• Providing precise logistics for drivers to follow along on their routes, and coordinating delivery times
• Monitor the progress of drivers and shipments, ensuring that they adhere to delivery schedules and deadlines
• Ensure truck’s availability meet customer’s requirement
• Handle driver’s on-off days, work and rest hours
• Communicate with CSC KL on vehicle availability & delivery schedule
• Monitor driver working hour policy
• Communicate / update with supervisor regarding truck maintanance

Working hours:

5 days per week (Shift Work)
