Job summary

uParcel, a Singapore-based e-commerce fulfilment provider, is seeking an Operations Executive to keep warehouse and delivery operations running smoothly day to day. You will coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and client teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and deliveries go out on time.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent working experience will also be considered.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce fulfilment preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when dealing with clients and delivery partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with WMS, TMS, or order management systems is a plus.
• Able to work independently, take ownership of issues, and stay calm under time pressure.
• Willing and able to commit to at least one weekend shift per week as part of a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and fulfilment operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and order dispatch.
• Monitor delivery job allocation and rider/driver dispatch to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipment status and proactively resolve exceptions such as delays, failed deliveries, or missing items.
• Coordinate with clients(Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop sellers) on order updates, special handling instructions, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure warehouse processes comply with safety, security, and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare and update daily operational reports (order volumes, delivery performance, exceptions) for management.
• Support ad-hoc projects such as new client onboarding, seasonal peak planning, and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide weekend shift coverage on a rotating basis to ensure continuity of fulfilment and delivery operations.

About the Role

Weare looking for a hands-on Operations Executive to help keep our fulfilmentcentre and delivery operations running smoothly day to day. As ouroperations run 7 days a week to meet marketplace delivery timelines, this rolerequires flexibility to work at least one weekend shift per week on a rotatingroster, with a weekday off in lieu.
