Job summary

SERVICE CONNECTIONS HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Delivery Planner in Singapore to coordinate daily deliveries, optimise routes and work with Sales, Warehouse, Production, Drivers and Customers to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.

You will plan, schedule, monitor and adjust delivery plans, prepare DOs and packing lists, liaise with logistics partners, and contribute to cost-efficient operations while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1–3 years in delivery planning, logistics coordination or supply chain operations; fresh grads welcome.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems; good understanding of logistics planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily deliveries based on customer requirements and priorities.
• Allocate deliveries to vehicles or external providers and optimise routes.
• Prepare and verify Delivery Orders, packing lists and schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Production and drivers for on-time deliveries.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Delivery Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating daily deliveries to ensure goods are delivered accurately, safely and on time. The role works closely with Sales, Warehouse, Production, Drivers and Customers to optimise delivery schedules, maximise vehicle utilisation and maintain high customer service standards.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

1. Delivery Planning & Scheduling

• Plan and schedule daily deliveries based on customer requirements and delivery priorities.
• Allocate deliveries to companyvehicles or external transport providers.
• Optimise delivery routes to improveefficiency and minimise transportation costs.
• Monitor delivery schedules and adjust plans to accommodate urgent orders or operational changes.
• Coordinate delivery timing with customers when required.

2. Order & Documentation Management

• Review customer orders and ensure alldelivery information is accurate.
• Prepare and verify Delivery Orders(DOs), packing lists and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all delivery documentation is complete before dispatch.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed and ready for delivery.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse and Production departments regarding delivery schedules.
• Communicate with drivers on delivery instructions and route changes.
• Respond promptly to delivery issues and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers where necessary.

4. Delivery Monitoring

• Track delivery progress and resolve delays or delivery exceptions.
• Monitor driver performance and vehicle utilisation.
• Ensure proof of delivery (POD)documents are returned and properly filed.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and reports.

5. Inventory & Logistics Support

• Assist in coordinating stock transfers between locations where required.
• Support warehouse operations during peak periods.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.

6. Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and transportation requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in delivery planning, logistics coordination or supply chain operations.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good understanding of logistics planning and delivery scheduling.
• Knowledge of Singapore road network is an advantage.
