Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and outbound shipments. The role emphasizes SOP/SLA adherence, inventory control, and safety compliance.

The candidate will lead the customer service team, coordinate with cross-functional units, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet performance targets and client expectations in a fast-paced 3PL

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in warehouse ops and customer service
Experience managing teams across multiple clients
Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory systems
Familiar with Singapore customs and bonded warehouse ops
Ability to lead in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipments.
Ensure SOPs and SLAs are followed.
Monitor performance to meet objectives.
Coordinate manpower planning and scheduling.
Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts
Ensure compliance with safety and regulations
Lead customer service team and escalate issues
Prepare KPI summaries and business reviews
