Job description

We are looking for an Operations Command Specialist to support daily monitoring and incident response from our Command Centre. This role involves working in a control room environment with live CCTV and system dashboards to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Working hours

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Salary: $4,000 per month
• 1-year contract with chance of extending/converting

What You’ll Do

• Monitor live camera feeds and system dashboards to track vehicle and operational status.
• Identify and report safety or operational issues in a timely manner.
• Save and manage video footage and system data for incident review and reporting.
• Act as a coordination point during incidents, working with internal teams and field staff.
• Follow standard procedures to manage and elevate incidents when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a command center, control room, transport, or operations environment is an advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore road traffic rules and relevant regulations.
