Job summary

Nexus Bridge AI Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Operations Assistant (Backend Support) in Singapore. The role covers merchant applications, platform operations, daily coordination, video review/editing, filming support, and using AI tools to boost daily work.

This full-time position with five working days per week from 10:00am to 7:00pm offers a basic salary of SGD 2,000–3,000 per month, depending on capabilities. Training will be provided and candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Good command of English, able to follow backend instructions.
• Mandarin communication to support Mandarin-speaking merchants.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new platforms.
• Careful, responsible and able to follow procedures.
• Proactive in following up on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist merchants with platform registration and documentation.
• Operate back-end systems and perform routine platform tasks.
• Coordinate daily operations with internal teams and partners.
• Review video content, perform basic editing and organize materials.
• Assist with filming content and basic shooting tasks.
• Use AI tools to improve presentations, spreadsheets and reports.
