Job summary

Nexus Bridge AI PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Technical Operations & Implementation Executive to support our growing technology and digital operations in Singapore. You will research, test, and implement software, while assisting clients with installation and training.

The role emphasizes independent learning, problem solving and the ability to troubleshoot across remote and on-site deployments. A Diploma or degree in IT is preferred but not compulsory.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in IT or related fields preferred.
Strong ability to learn unfamiliar software independently.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with AI and new technology.
Able to explain technical information in simple language.
Able to communicate with clients clearly.
Organised with clear documentation of processes.
Able to train clients and demonstrate systems.

Responsibilities

Research new software, platforms and AI tools.
Install, configure and test software and systems.
Set up client accounts and backend systems.
Provide remote technical support and monitor systems.
Visit client sites for on-site installation and testing.
Train clients and prepare simple user guides and SOPs.
