Qualifications

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate is required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support, supervise, and monitor operations schedules.
• Coordinate, schedule, and organize work activities, resources, and equipment.
• Identify and propose efficiency improvements and solve problems.
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts, and emergencies.
• Report attendance and track target achievement.
• Recruit, select, and train staff.
• Perform other duties as instructed.
