Job summary

Nexus Bridge AI Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Operations Assistant (Backend Support) in Singapore. The role covers merchant applications, platform operations, daily coordination, video review/editing, filming support, and using AI tools to boost daily work.

This full-time position with five working days per week from 10:00am to 7:00pm offers a basic salary of SGD 2,000–3,000 per month, depending on capabilities. Training will be provided and candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

We’re Hiring: Operations Assistant (Backend Support)

About the Company

Nexus Bridge AI Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based digital marketing company. We help local businesses with Xiaohongshu, TikTok and Facebook marketing, short-form video content and other digital marketing services.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Merchant Applications and Documentation

• Assist merchants with platform registration and application processes.
• Check, organise, upload and supplement application documents.
• Monitor application progress and provide timely status updates.
• Guide merchants on the documents and information required.
• Maintain clear and accurate application records.

2. Platform and Backend Operations

• Operate the platforms and backend systems used by the company.
• Perform routine account maintenance, content uploads and basic platform operations.
• Monitor backend tasks, account status and system notifications.
• Record technical or operational issues and independently research possible solutions.
• Complete assigned backend tasks according to the company’s procedures.

3. Daily Assistant and Coordination Support

• Assist the person in charge with daily operational and administrative matters.
• Research and organise information required for different projects.
• Coordinate with platforms, technical support teams, partners and internal team members.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure that they are completed on time.
• Independently research unfamiliar matters and assist with coordinating solutions.

4. Video Review and Basic Editing

• Review video content, subtitles, visuals and overall presentation.
• Perform simple video editing, subtitle adjustments and material organisation.
• Ensure that layouts, colours and content presentation are clear and visually presentable.
• Check that content is properly prepared before publication.

5. Filming Assistance

• Assist with simple smartphone video filming.
• Help prepare filming content, locations and required materials.
• Pay attention to basic framing, lighting and overall visual presentation.
• Organise and categorise video footage after filming.

6. Using AI Tools to Support Daily Work

AI is not the main focus of this position, but the candidate should be comfortable using AI tools to improve work efficiency, including:

• Using AI tools to create and improve PowerPoint presentations.
• Using AI to organise information, spreadsheets, reports and simple documents.
• Using AI to assist with basic images, videos and marketing materials.
• Using AI tools to create simple websites or landing pages.
• Traditional programming knowledge is not required, and guidance can be provided.

Requirements

• Good command of English, with the ability to understand English backend instructions and process English documents.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking merchants and Chinese-language work processes.
• Comfortable using computers and willing to learn different platforms and backend systems.
• Careful, responsible and able to follow established work procedures.
• Strong research, information-searching and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive in following up on tasks without requiring constant reminders.
• Able to perform basic video editing with a reasonable sense of visual presentation.
• Must be able to use AI tools to create and improve PowerPoint presentations.
• Willing to learn new AI tools, platforms and work software.
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
