Job summary

Potico Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on operations professional to help build and optimize our regional gifting platform by managing warehouse fulfillment, supplier coordination, and inventory control.

You will oversee daily order fulfillment, source products, negotiate terms, and maintain stock to support growth across Singapore and beyond.

Qualifications

Experience in operations, logistics, retail, or related fields.
Organized, dependable and calm under pressure.
Demonstrated ownership by solving issues independently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with reactive and planned approaches.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily order fulfillment and warehouse activities to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
Source products, negotiate terms, and manage supplier relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and lead restocking to prevent shortages.
Identify operational issues and implement efficiency improvements.
Handle an additional work stream on product development or optimization as priorities evolve.
