Job summary

Potico Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on operations professional to help build and optimize our regional gifting platform by managing warehouse fulfillment, supplier coordination, and inventory control.

You will oversee daily order fulfillment, source products, negotiate terms, and maintain stock to support growth across Singapore and beyond.

Job Summary

Help build and optimize Potico's operations by managing warehouse fulfillment, supplier coordination, and inventory control to ensure smooth daily processes and support business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and oversee daily order fulfillment and warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Manage supplier relationships by sourcing products, negotiating terms, and anticipating stock needs to maintain supply continuity
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively own the restocking process to prevent shortages
• Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• You may also own an additional work stream shaped around the company’s evolving priorities and your own interests (product development, operational optimization…).

Who You Are

• Experience in operations, logistics, retail, or related fields, including internships and part-time roles
• Ability to stay organized, dependable, and maintain composure under pressure
• Demonstrated ownership mindset by identifying and resolving operational issues independently
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks that require both reactive and planned approaches
