Job summary

ST Logistics in Singapore is seeking an Executive - Operations to develop and execute warehouse policies, monitor storage utilization and drive data-driven improvements for efficiency.

This role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technologies, manages safety/compliance, and leads warehousing, transport and cargo handling to optimise overall performance.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent certifications.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Warehouse Operations/Vendor Management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse operations and optimize storage and material handling.
• Lead teams, manage resources and ensure governance and compliance.
• Engage stakeholders to implement process improvements and technology solutions.
• Oversee cargo documentation and safety measures in line with WSH standards.
• Drive data-driven decisions to improve productivity and efficiency.
