Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking an Operations Associate/Executive for Sea Freight Export in Singapore. The role is permanent and based at Changi South, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm.

You will handle export shipments, update CW1, coordinate bookings with stakeholders, and manage invoicing and disputes. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of freight forwarding experience and knowledge of ocean export documentation.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year freight forwarding experience.
• Knowledge in ocean export & documentation.
• Familiarity with CW1 export system is a plus.
