Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a freight forwarding professional to manage exports, documentation and bookings from Changi South. You will ensure timely execution, coordinate with stakeholders, and handle invoicing and issues that arise in shipments.

The role requires at least 1 year of freight forwarding experience and solid knowledge of ocean export documentation, with strong MS Office skills. It is a permanent, full-time position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year freight forwarding experience.
• Knowledge of ocean export documentation and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle export shipments and update system (CW1).
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (HBL, permits, DG).
• Coordinate bookings, shipments and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and timelines.
• Manage invoicing, billing and disputes.
• Handle shipment issues, claims and follow-ups.
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
