GAIN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations/Facilities Coordinator for a 14-month contract in Singapore.

You will support the Operations Manager to manage school facilities, coordinate with the IFM contractor and partners, supervise OSOs, and assist with budgets, quotations and safety measures to ensure a safe learning environment. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, and preferably a Fire Safety Manager certification, with proficiency in MS Word,

Qualifications

Possess at least a Singapore-Cambridge GCE Normal Level with an English pass.
Preferably three years of relevant operations/facilities experience in a school setting.
Preferably hold a valid Fire Safety Manager certification.
Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Support the Operations Manager in day-to-day management of school operations, facilities and services to ensure a safe learning environment.
Coordinate with IFM Contractor and service partners on maintenance, repairs and improvement works.
Assist in supervising OSOs and coordinating operational duties.
Prepare quotations, work requests, budgets and project proposals.
Support safety, security, emergency preparedness and workplace safety measures.
Support student discipline-related matters as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by School Management.
