Job summary

Security and Intelligence Division is seeking a Facility Operations Officer to oversee day-to-day facility operations in Singapore. You will provide administrative support for security, maintenance, health and safety procedures and space management, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure compliant, safe, and efficient premises.

The role emphasizes project coordination, budgeting assistance, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in facilities management or related field.
• 1–3 years in facilities management or similar role preferred.
• Familiar with building codes and Workplace Health & Safety Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations, maintenance, renovations and infrastructure upgrades.
• Run preventive maintenance and routine inspections of premises and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors to complete tasks on schedule and to standard.
• Manage office supplies and IT coordination; assist budget tracking and reporting.
