Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd. is seeking a facilities/operations coordinator to support day-to-day school operations and services, ensuring a safe learning environment in Singapore.

You will coordinate with contractors, supervise support staff, and assist in preparing budgets, proposals and operational documents, while upholding safety and discipline as required. This 14-month contract requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level with a pass in English.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities or a related field is preferred.
• Valid Fire Safety Manager certification is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day school operations, facilities and services to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Coordinate and follow up with contractors and service providers on maintenance, repairs and improvement works.
• Assist in supervising and coordinating operations support staff.
• Support the preparation of quotations, work requests, budgets, project proposals and operational documents.
• Support school safety, security, emergency preparedness and workplace safety measures.
• Assist with student discipline matters when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
