Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Operation Support Executive/Senior Executive for a contract role. The position involves preparing invoices, submitting financial reports, and utilizing SAP for job orders. Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and skills in Microsoft Office and SAP. The role demands dedication and the ability to work independently. The position offers a working hours schedule from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, and a bus service is provided to the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Accounts and Finance will have an advantage.
  • Able to create and submit reports using Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Finance or Accounting will be advantageous.

Operation Support Executive / Senior Executive

Employment Type: Contract

Monthly Salary:

Location: Changi Naval Base

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices, credit memos, statement and post entries in billing systems. Verify accuracies of billing documentations and transaction.
  • To consolidate and submit Monthly Report to Finance Department during Month end closing.
  • Opening and Closing of Job Orders via SAP.
  • Booking of staff utilisation data entry via SAP.
  • Creation of monthly reports as necessary.
  • Adhoc admin tasks as assigned.

Period:

  • 1 years (renewable subject to performance)

Location:

  • Changi Naval Base (Bus provided from MRT to workplace)

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Based on qualification and experience, last drawn salary and expected salary

Requirements:

  • ‘O’ Levels/ ‘A’ Levels / Diploma / Degree in any discipline. Accounts and Finance will have an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel & manipulation of Excel database.
  • Able to create & submit reports using Microsoft Office.
  • Have good knowledge of SAP usage & data entry.
  • Must be able to work independently to complete assigned tasks.
  • Dedication to work.
  • Willing to put extra effort and work OT to complete tasks on time when required.
  • Experience in Finance or Accounting will be advantageous.
  • Those with relevant experience and good track record will be considered for Senior Executive position.
