Job summary

OceanHub Shipping Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional to handle import, export and cross-trade shipments from airfreight to sea freight and local delivery.

You will manage shipments from booking to invoicing and coordinate with customers and sales teams to ensure smooth operations. The role requires a Diploma with 1 year related experience, basic freight forwarding knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office; SysFreight knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handling various type of import, export and cross-trade shipments ranging from airfreight to sea freight to local transport delivery.
• Handle shipments from booking stage till invoicing of customers before closing the job files.
• Coordinate with relevant parties including customers and sales team to ensure smooth operation of shipments.
• Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply with rules and regulations.
• Manage customer's expectations and keep them informed of the status of their orders.
• Prepare and ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with 1year related experience.
• Basic Freight Forwarding knowledge is required.
• Good working attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office and SysFreight knowledge are preferred.
