Job summary

KASE LOGISTICS SDN. BHD. in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to handle import/export and cross-trade shipments across air, sea, and local transport.

You will coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and vendors, manage shipments from booking to invoicing, and prepare shipping documents to ensure regulatory compliance. Requires 1–2 years in freight forwarding or logistics and strong English; Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle import, export, and cross-trade shipment operations (air, sea, and local transport).

• Source and compare freight rates from vendors and recommend suitable options.

• Resolve operational issues such as space constraints, equipment shortages, or shipment delays.
• Support Sales team and maintain good relationships with customers and service providers.

Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve operational issues such as space constraints, equipment shortages, or shipment delays.

Support Sales team and maintain good relationships with customers and service providers.

Requirements

Preferably 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry.

Experience in import/export documentation processing is an advantage.

Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents and data.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Able to multitask and work well in a team environment.

Proficient in English; additional languages (Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia) are an advantage.
