TCI EXPRESS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive customer service and sales support professional to handle air freight inquiries, quotations, and shipments. You will coordinate import/export activities and liaise with carriers and agents to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma with 2 years in freight forwarding, logistics, customer service, or sales support.
• Knowledgeable of air freight, import/export or cross-trade shipment procedures.
• Good communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, sales support requests, and quotation preparation for air freight shipments.
• Manage import, export, cross-trade, oversized cargo, and cross-border trucking enquiries and arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, overseas agents, operations teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Liaise with carriers, airlines, agents for booking and shipment updates.
• Prepare competitive pricing, RFQs, and freight solutions based on customer and project requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of shipping documents, reports, and customer records.
• Support key accounts by responding to service requests and resolving shipment-related issues promptly.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction by following standard procedures and preventing recurring issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
